The beautiful mountains just outside my window here in Missoula. This is something I enjoy every morning and evening!
A
beautiful and fantastic Sunday today: no hangover, no drinking, a trip to the gym, and apparently a chance that this God-forsaken illness has passed to some degree.
I can tell, though, that sleeping is about to get a lot more difficult. The body is on a schedule now: an unhealthy schedule. I go to sleep late (4 a.m.) and wake up reliably and on time at 12 p.m.) This is a great thing, really, that I am able to wake up at the same time every day! But it's also rediculous because I'm waking up at noon, and that's just plain stupid.
So we'll need to do something about this problem soon.
It's really only stupid if you think it is. I had that schedule for quite awhile myself because I was working nights. Well, I'm still working nights, but I'm making myself go to bed around 2am. *shrugs* It's all how you want to live your life.
