oday Mertz and I were going to carpool, but somehow in my sleep I shut my alarm off, and when Mertz asked if I was going to be going alone, I said, in my sleep, that I was. This is not a good sign. This is usually 8th-week-of-school kind of sleep problems.I drove back to Missoula tonight, I am paying bills and doing some Kaimin stuff, but mostly I'm going to hike a trail somewhere along the freeway, or close by, and then see if I can write about it for the AP. They love these kinds of stories.
Back in Missoula things smell nice, things are nice. It's very pleasant out and I like it a lot. I'm quite sleepy now, I should sleep.
